Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We only replace items if they are:
Defective
Damaged during shipping
Incorrectly sent
To request an exchange, email us at support@salebazar.store with your order number and photos of the item.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:
You’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
